Safety precautions for numerical control flame cutting

I. work before operating the numerical control flame cutting machine

(1) check each gas circuit and valve for leakage and whether the gas safety device is effective

(2) check whether the inlet pressure of the provided gas meets the specified requirements

(3) check whether the supplied power supply voltage meets the specified requirements

II. Operating the CNC flame cutting machine

1. Adjust the cut steel plate to keep parallel with the track as far as possible

2。 Select appropriate cutting nozzle according to plate thickness and material. Make the cutting nozzle vertical to the steel plate

3. According to different plate thickness and material, resetting these uses can significantly reduce weight and save cost, set the cutting speed and preheating time in the machine, and set the reasonable pressure of preheating oxygen and cutting oxygen

4. Do not touch the flame area after ignition. The operator shall try to adopt the cutting method with small splash to protect the cutting nozzle

5. Check the heating flame and cutting oxygen jet. If the cutting nozzle is damaged, it should be replaced and cleaned in time. Clean the cutting nozzle with special tools

6. In case of tempering during cutting, the power supply of the compressed stroke length indicating the pressure value on the display screen shall be cut off in time, and the gas valve shall be shut down. If the tempering valve plate is burned, it shall be stopped from use and replaced by the manufacturer or professional personnel

7. When the numerical control flame operator operates the cutting machine, he shall always pay attention to the operation of the equipment. In case of any abnormality, he shall press the emergency stop switch and exit the working position in time. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine and leave the site

8. Operators should note that after cutting a workpiece, the cutting torch should be lifted back to its original position, and then cut when it runs to the next station

9. The operator shall select the cutting speed according to the provisions of the given cutting elements. It is not allowed to increase the equipment load simply to improve the work efficiency, and handle the relationship between the equipment life and efficiency and environmental protection

III. operate the CNC flame cutting machine after work

1 After work, the equipment shall return to the support position and close the air valve. The residual gas in the pipe shall be discharged and the power supply shall be turned off

2. If the shift handover system is implemented, the operation status of the equipment on duty shall be recorded

3. The site shall be carefully cleaned to keep the working area clean and orderly

IV. daily maintenance

1 Personnel are not allowed to stand, step on, lean against or press heavy objects on the track, and collision is not allowed. Each shift of the guide rail surface uses compressed air to remove dust, and then wipes the rail surface with gauze dipped with 20 # engine oil. Keep the guide rail surface lubricated and clean at all times

2. The driving rack shall be cleaned with 20 # engine oil every day, and no particle splash is allowed on the rack

3. The operator is only allowed to dismantle the cutting nozzle, and other parts cannot be dismantled at will. The electrical junction box can only be opened when it is overhauled by relevant personnel

4. In case of any fault of the equipment, the maintenance personnel shall be asked to handle it in time. In case of major fault, it shall be reported to the equipment department to organize relevant personnel to review and determine the maintenance scheme. Countries all over the world are actively promoting relevant research and development. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the machine for inspection without permission

v. safety precautions for operation of CNC flame cutting machine

1 Strong vibration sources shall be avoided around the equipment

2. The staff shall be listed for operation, and irrelevant personnel shall not be on the machine, nor shall they press the key without authorization, so as to avoid damage to the machine or program and data loss

3. When moving the equipment, it shall be noted that no decoupling or forward impact is allowed, and no part of the machine, including the guide rail, shall be impacted

4. The power source line of the equipment shall be used separately with AC voltage stabilizing device

5. Ventilation or gas replacement and cutting nozzle cleaning must be carried out in accordance with relevant hazardous gas safety operation procedures

6. When the oil delivery hand wheel is closed, the author shall not transfer external programs into the machine memory at will to prevent viruses. Only the special software approved by the factory can be used
