Coking safety production technology and accident prevention measures we think

(1) fire and explosion prevention. it is difficult to avoid the formation of some flammable (explosive) mixtures. For example, there are flammable (explosive) mixtures in the upper space of the flammable liquid storage tank. Therefore, before filling the material, fill the storage tank with inert gas (such as nitrogen) and discharge the steam to avoid the above phenomenon. In addition, the use of floating roof fastener tension machine for maintenance and elimination of storage tanks can also avoid the generation of combustible (explosive) mixtures. There are many oil and gas leakage accidents caused by negligence or operation error. According to the coking safety regulations, the flammable and combustible liquid storage tank area shall be provided with a fire dike, and the volume of the fire dike shall not be less than half of the total storage capacity of the above ground part of the storage tank, and shall not be less than the storage capacity of the above ground part of the largest storage tank. A gate shall be set at the place where the sewer in the fire dike passes through the fire dike. This gate can only be opened when discharging water, and shall be closed after discharging water

(4) dust and gas prevention. Coal dust is mainly generated in the process of coal loading and unloading, transportation, crushing and crushing. The main dust generating points are coal yard, car dumper, coal receiving pit, conveyor belt, transfer station, crusher and crusher. Generally, the coal yard adopts measures such as spraying covering agent or spraying water during shipment to reduce the dust concentration. In the past, only city gas was desulfurized in China, and metallurgical enterprises generally did not desulfurize. As for decyanation, only part of the final cold water or ammonia is used to produce yellow blood salt. With the improvement of the understanding of the severity of pollution, in recent years, coking plants have begun to pay attention to the desulfurization and decyanation of coal gas. In order to prevent hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen cyanide poisoning, the vent pipe of ammonia evaporation system shall be set at the downwind side of manned operation
